They advertise services for seniors on their website, but they only provided me with referrals. All these city organizations that claim to help people, only seem beneficial to the people employed by them. Waste of time.

This is no help at all. Nobody cares about senior citizens. Are you guys really here to help? Called for assistance with a friend of mines whose been applying for home care since June 2022 and no help. Telling me to follow steps I've already done is ridiculous. They only have a star just because they make you pick one. DEPLORABLE!!!!

First time posting on your site. I was surprised to see so many bad reviews. Just wanted to thank you! Went there to get the vouchers in July. Just spent my last $10 on some fresh produce. People were nice there, no line and we got a ladel taboo! TY/GB

I would give zero stars if I could, my mother was supposedly being helped by two people at PCA, Caroline from Protective Services and Melissa from Long term care both dropped the ball and hasn’t responded to my calls. Any organization ran by the city or state is garbage and they do nothing, they are useless. These two were supposed to help find a place for my mother to go to but instead she was dumped at a rehab and nobody told me that the whole process needed to start over again. I called and spoke to another person who just made excuses for these women. If my mother was black or Hispanic the president of the company probably would have found a place for her but since she is a poor white woman she was kicked to the curb like garbage. Oh and don’t bother calling their hotline for emergencies they don’t call back until a week later which is no help if it’s an emergency.

My mother is bed- bound and for 2 yrs. PCA hasn't done anything! She needs a Coordinator for more hours, diapers and supplies. Her aides come when they want. I can't count how many times my mom was left in her own mess for days, and PCA won't do anything!

Wish I could give zero stars. Unorganized, judemental and not professional. Company also have a 6 month probation time and dobt expect people to have a life or go to doctors visit no ok. Needs improvement.
